If ever...

If ever the elected politicians cant do something about the poverty in the Philippines, it will definitely increase and like some places in the world, there are people who lives on a dollar or less a day. but in the Philippines, i think its much worse.

In the Philippines, it is also the same problem compared to some countries. One of the problem is, they dont know how to budget. just think, they are already poor but they buy cigarettes, beers and etc... another extravagant example of Filipinos doing such is, when there are fiestas, they spend a lot. borrow money here and there, just to have something to offer to their friends and neighbors. if you look at it in an optimistic point of view, they are really blessed. because even when they dont have a lot, they even share. but what happens is, they borrow. basically, they are sharing what is not theirs and eventualy, they will have a problem of paying up their creditors. conclusion, if the debt rises because the creditor will charge for interest, the creditor might threat his/her family. what will the family do then? the kids will steal, the mom will have an extra job at night, the dad will probably resort to being a carnapper, kidnapper etc... crime rate would increase. investors would be thinking twice of investing here. businesses would fail. more people would become poor. and then the cycle goes on.........

So this coming elections, vote the right politician. dont just listen to what the government say. research on that person. like i said in my previous post, www.votester.com.ph has citizens own comments/reviews of that person. try to research more about them. you might be shocked what you might read, but at least, you will have an idea.

there is also an example in India, see story -> Here.

Ice breaker...

Guys, please dont vote for Joker. Kaaway namin yan(He is our enemy.)

- Batman and Robin

there are ways...

A lot of it. if you want to be known, you have to be creative. run and win.

last night, an actress/politician was the latest one to make news. click here for the story. -> details

an example last week was, Ducat. several politicians took advantage. its not far from reality that one day, Ducat would run for something politicaly related. well, Ducat said he really called up Bong. How about Chavit? other countries are laughing at us on the way we handle crisis.

we always watch movies with hostage situations. Also watched actual live coverage from cnn. we see how they handle crisis. they know crisis management. oh! Philippines was also live on CNN when the Ducat incident happend.

Why did they laugh at us? the Hostage taker was holding a grenade and was armed with someone else also armed. 2 politicians climbed inside the bus. they were not supposed to negotiate, instead, the police should. now, Ducat is well-known enough to run. I doubt that the world knows Bong better than Ducat now. CNN flashed Ducat's name on the station but when Bong was in the picture, there were no names displayed.

another example years ago. oakwood mutiny. Now there is proof. Trillanes is running for senator.

you want to run? be creative. but please, dont use the Philippines name to make you well-known.

and more...

Its just not gonna stop until election stops... last night, a candidate bet was killed in whiteplains qc inside his fortuner suv. this is the reality of politics in the Philippines. ( dont worry investors or tourists, they only kill political candidates. ) just this morning, i read an article about a mayoralty candidate surviving and assasination attempt in Masbate.

this is the reason why Philippines is still a 3rd world right now. always big-eat-small. what happens is, the rich get richer, the poor becomes poorer, and same with power. the person who has more power kills their threats.

election is more than one month away. if one politician is killed per day, we dont want to know if there would still be politicians running. those killed are often, has something to do with changing the way the government runs, or maybe, he/she knows something that people should not know.

if you want to live a longer life, a happy one. you know what not to do.

We need?

Last 2 weeks, i watched the movie "inconvenient Truth". I am not endorsing senatoriables here or other officials running in this May elections, but we really need someone who can do something about global warming. If you havent watched Inconvenient truth, watch it. If you do, like me, you would already know that its already happening. it is not a joke. it is happening.

A few days ago, there was some tornadoes that killed people in different states in the US. might be common there but, if you watched inconvenient truth, they set a world record of the consecutive tornadoes. global warming effects includes, high floods, tsunamis (like in phuket) and etc.

Evidence in the Philippines? there are few or almost none in the Philippines. last year, one struck somewhere in the south. i think its a golf club. this morning, one struck again in Sarangani.

It might be too late but there is still chance. improvements should begin from us, not from the governemnt.
