Maring Habagat Flooded areas around Banawe [Photos]

Ondoy first surprised us, then came "habagat North" and now, "habagat South". A weather disturbance that's this destructive and happens often (once a year or two) is something not to be taken lightly. Suddenly, the destructive habagat is common now.

Since I went somewhere, I decided to roam around Banawe a bit to check on the conditions:

4th Pyromusical Competition 2013 - Photos, Schedule and Tips!

It's pyro time once again! It has been a tradition already and ever since it started, we haven't missed one year without watching at least one show. Not yet sure if I'll be able to watch this year's 4th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition but I hope I can.

Every year except for 1 year, it is usually held in SM Mall of Asia fronting the bay. Having tried different spots already, each spot has its own advantage and disadvantages but I prefer watching the pyro in the comfort of the 2nd floor mall area. Less distractions, less crowd compared to the ground level with a better view and protection from the weather elements.

Cheers to a new year!

Another year will come to an end and a new year full of hope and optimism awaits us in the coming 2013. For me, my 2012 was a year well spent. Milestones were achieved, memories were created and bridges were built. Every year brings new challenges and despite of the obstacles encountered this year, I'd like to still thank God for every blessing he showered upon us this 2012.
