Disney Buys Marvel

Yep! I was watching Bloomberg and they just announced that Disney just bought Marvel for $4 Billion!!!

According to Disney, Marvel characters will live on their own.

Marvel investors will get $30 plus 0.745 Disney share for every Marvel share held
