2 month laws in the Philippines

What happened to the commemorative plates law? It's now again proliferating around the metro. This is whats wrong with the Philippines. They implement a law, focus on it for a week or more, then after that, zilch. You see violators again everywhere.

Another example here is what happened in Caloocan city. After less than 2 months of implementing the discipline zone, those unruly jeepney drivers, tricycle drivers and pedicab are obstructing the roads again.

They stop whenever and wherever they want not minding the flowing traffic.

This is the reality. This is what Filipinos are proud of. Are you proud of the unruly, undisciplined jeepney!? Yes, I am being stereotypical but, I am talking about a wide vast majority here because most of them got their licenses the illegal way (bribery, of course) which is another problem here in the Philippines.

The smoke emission tests conducted are full of flaws. Why the hell do smoky vehicles still travel if such tests are being conducted? answer? bribery.

..and that is the reason why we do not move forward.

Yes, definitely bribery is a definite major actions of Filipinos. If a Filipino wishes or do not wishes for something to happen, bribery will definitely be done. It's so sad to see our mother country being treated like this. No one there seems to just follow the rules anymore.
