Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon hit by an earthquake

If you are in Manila, you are probably one of the many people who felt the earthquake around 1:30pm Philippine time. According to some estimates, the epicenter is said to be in Mindoro area and estimated at around magnitude 5.9 to 6.
