Their website itself is very easy to understand and within minutes, your customized baggage tag will be done.
Note: No need to pay anything. This is completely free and customized.

First, go to: http://baggagelabel.klm.com
You will then see KLM's welcome page and the number of baggage tags available
Upon clicking the "Create tags" button, you will have 2 choices. Use your own photo or choose from a predefined set of photos.
Most would click the "Upload your own picture". If you click the other, just choose from the available photo there.
After uploading the image, you can adjust it or rotate it as seen in the screenshot below:
Then, enter the information you want to appear on your baggage tag from KLM
Then, you get a preview of your baggage tag
Last, enter your delivery details
That's it! I customized mine this morning and though that I should share it with you guys also.
Some of my friends got theirs already. It took around 2 weeks from the date of creation according to them.
