Host for the event - Chico & Delamar
HP's New Printers on Display

On-the-go printing at its' finest! You think you're already printing conveniently? Wait until you hear about HP's ePrint Technology!
HP ePrint technology combines convenience, productivity and accessibility. With the HP ePrint service, consumers and business users can easily print anywhere and anytime using an email-capable device, whether from across the printer, while travelling, or in a coffee shop in another part of the globe.

We now have multiple gadgets with different operating systems. Traditional printers needs drivers to be installed in each one of them to work but have you ever thought that iPads and other mobile devices such as Blackberry doesn't have USB ports or DVD drives for you to install the printer driver?

What about professionals who are always on-the-go? or people who wants to print from their devices anytime and anywhere they are?
Putting a premium on ease-of-use, HP ePrint is as simple as attaching photos, presentations, business materials or documents to an email message and doesn’t require additional software setup. Simply press the Wireless button on the HP web-connected printer and turn on HP ePrint to activate the service.

This is why the ePrint Technology from HP was innovated. HP has been innovating new technologies and this is their newest innovation -- a printer with an email address that can print wirelessly no matter where you are. With the help of the cloud technology, you can now print via any mobile device or computers with an internet connection. All you have to do is send an email to your printer.
HP ePrint allows users to print directly on an HP printer using a smartphone, notebook, a Blackberry, desktop PC or other mobile devices.

It's very secure and easy to setup too! It's automatically deleted from the cloud after printing! For multiple page prints, you should email it X number of times if you want it printed X times.
HP ePrint ensures secure printing for homes or offices. HP assigns a random email address to the HP ePrint-enabled printer that is available only to individuals you give it to. This allows users to select those who can have direct access to the printer. For further protection,
HP features a protected mode option that limits printer access through a user-customizable list of email addresses that can send print jobs to the printer.

Here are some facts about the new ePrint Technology from our Q and A session:
> You can send as many emails as you want. It will be queued to your printer
> You can schedule print outs (for example, schedule a printout of stock exchange information every 12nn)
> It's very secure because you will need to register your email to the service first prior
> After printing, your file will be deleted in the cloud (where it temporarily stores the file prior to the printer printing it)
> You cannot cancel a print job (Same as when you cannot cancel an email)
