Both Smart and Globe has released their postpaid plans already. Since I was confused by the plan matrix of Globe upon first look, here's a better view of the postpaid plans from both Smart and Globe for the newest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.
Also included in the table is the "Total Acquisition Cost" under the column "2-year lock-in total plus unit cost". The amount in that column equates to the plan cost times 24 months plus cash-out price of the unit. I used 24-months as the standard because that is the usual length telcos here offer their units.

Side-by-side comparison
iPhone 6 Postpaid Plans: Smart vs Globe
iPhone 6 Plus Postpaid Plans: Smart vs Globe
For prepaid comparison:
Globe | Smart | |
iPhone 6 16GB | 37,500 | 36,700 |
iPhone 6 64GB | 43,000 | 42,300 |
iPhone 6 128GB | 48,500 | 48,000 |
iPhone 6+ 16GB | 43,000 | 42,300 |
iPhone 6+ 64GB | 48,500 | 48,000 |
iPhone 6+ 128GB | 54,000 | 53,600 |
Take note that ALL postpaid plans of Globe do not come with unlimited mobile data anymore. For Smart, we've heard that they will still provide unlimited surfing but might put a limit on downloads and streaming (to be confirmed). In the meantime, I, personally am enjoying unlimited data still.
With prepaid, Smart wins in all iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus variants as the cheapest.
Also, take advantage of the amortized plans from Smart which offers 0% interest. For Plan 3000, the 3,000 pesos cash out will be waived if you get the 64GB iPhone 6 or the 16GB iPhone 6 Plus.
