Ingredients
Tuna Lasagna
1. Cooking Oil – 1 tablespoon
2. Crushed form of clove garlic
3. Chopped form of large onion
4. Tomatoes (can) weighing 415 grams
5. Water – ¼ Cup
6. Tomato Paste – 1 tablespoon
7. Chicken stock cube – 1
8. San Marino Tuna Flakes (look for the green or orange Protein for Life logo) – drained
9. Lasagna Noodles (they can be in both forms i.e. fresh or precooked)
10. Grated Form of Cheese – 1 cup

White Sauce
1. Margarine or Butter – 30 grams
2. Plain flour – 1/3 Cup
3. Milk – 1 ¼ Cup


 How to make it?
Follow the easy steps to make the lasagna in just 55 minutes. This time includes the preparation time of 30 minutes and cooking time of 25 minutes.
1. Take a medium sized saucepan
2. Pour the oil in it
3. Heat it
4. Add onion and garlic in the oil
5. Keep cooking until onion gets soft
6. Now add and stir water, canned mashed tomatoes (which have not been drained), tomato paste and crumbled stock cube.
7. Simmer in this state for about 15 minutes. During this, note that the saucepan is uncovered
8. Cut down the heat supply
9. Now stir the tuna in a gentle manner

Now, for the delicious white sauce, follow the given steps:
1. Butter is to be melted in a jug that is microwave proof
2. Now add flour
3. Blend the mixture
4. Add milk
5. Mix the mixture using a balloon whisk
6. The mixture is to be microwaved on high whisking (2 minutes). This step is preceded by one minute.

The final touches…
1. Make layers of lasagna noodles, tuna mix and the sauce.
2. For the layering purposes use the casserole dish.
3. Cheese is to be sprinkled.
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
