Gaming: Nationwide Qualifiers for ESL One Manila

DOTA 2, one of the most played games in the world and the winner of the 2015 best multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) of Global Game Awards has a huge following with a lot of professional teams from across the world. With this game, it has grown to just a past time to competing for prize money and fame in various competitive leagues and tournaments.


This year, the first and biggest premium DOTA 2 event in Asia will be headed by the country's unrivaled mobile services provider, PLDT and Smart and the registration has officially begun for the qualifiers. The Mindanao Qualifiers
Jan. 24 (Imba-Cagayan de Oro)
Jan.31 (Mineski Infinity-Davao)

The Visayas Qualifiers
Feb. 7 (Mineski Infinity-Cebu)
Feb. 14 (Mineski Portal-Cebu).

The Luzon Qualifiers
Feb. 21 (Mineski Infinity-Taft)
Feb. 28 (Mineski Infinity-Dapitan)

Online Qualifier set on March 6.

Final battle for the ESL One Manila slot March 8~13, 2016

Format will be elimination and the winning team from each qualifier will battle it out at the Philippine Finals from March 8 to 13. The top team will win a much-coveted slot at ESL One Manila to represent the country and compete with their international counterparts.
