SWS: Arroyo’s net satisfaction rating further drops to –16

The net satisfaction rating of President Arroyo dropped to negative 16 from negative 11 in September, according to the latest results of the Social Weather Stations survey released Tuesday.

SWS said the results of the survey conducted from November 30 to December 3 showed that 32 percent of the 1,200 respondents were satisfied with Mrs. Arroyo’s performance while 48 percent of them said they were dissatisfied.

In its September survey, SWS said 34 percent of those who were interviewed said they were satisfied while 45 percent were dissatisfied with her, or a net satisfaction rating of negative 11.

"The President’s net ratings were close to neutral in the first and second quarters of 2007 before returning to negative levels again," SWS said.
