MANILA, Philippines -- The Mandaluyong City Police denied on Thursday having anything to do with the installation of a surveillance camera in front of La Salle Greenhills, where broadband deal witness Rodolfo Noel Lozada Jr. and his family have sought refuge.
Police Inspector Ed Caracas told the media they were “surprised” too by the sudden appearance of the monitoring device.
“That’s the first time we’ve seen it. We have nothing to do with it,” Caracas said.
If the Mandaluyong City Police did not install that and that area is their jurisdiction, they have the right to uninstall it ASAP since La Salle Greenhills also said that, they did not install that security camera. Why did they not remove it on the spot?
Philippine Government Officials against Lozada(I am not also pro Lozada, I am neutral.), your actions are obvious.
