Smart prepaid has a new feature for the ease and convenience of their subscribers. They introduced the Smart Load Manager recently and it's a feature that ALL prepaid users will surely appreciate.
1) If you decide that you want to opt in to this service, you will receive a flash message that will last around 3 to 5 seconds everytime you end a regular call when load balance is below Php 100. It will also reflect the cost of the call and other details concerning the call.
2) You will receive a urgent SMS updates if your subscribed call and text offers are running low / almost expired.
3) Real time balance inquiry is provided by dialing *214#. Other than the balance of your regular load, you'll get complete details for whatever subscribed package you have (call and text offers)
This is a very good feature as I was also a prepaid user before (in several networks) and I get surprised when my load disappears because I forgot to top up before my load expires. With these new features, their goal is to give Smart Prepaid users a more worry-free mobile experience as you'll be in-the-know even before it expires.
No need to manually take note of when you need to load. It's like as good as being taken cared of by a personal assistant. Worry-free and as their tagline for this feature goes, "i-let go mo na ang worries mo!"
