Spinnr Named Best Mobile Music App at Mobile World Congress

Spinnr, a homegrown Filipino-made music app won the "Best Mobile Music App" on the recently held Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. This is considered to be a prestigious award. This is not the first award Smart won. Last year, the company's disaster preparedness and emergency response program called "SafePH" was named "Best Use of Mobile in Emergency or Humanitarian Situations."
