For the past few days, the news has been full of political related killings and other crimes that we can associate to this coming may elections. killings may lessen their enemies but they still need funds for their campaigns. hmmm.. i wonder whats another easy way to get funds quickly... carnapping1? good idea!
Since April started, there has been already at least 12 recorded/reported incidents of carjacking in QC. It is only April 12 so that means, one incident reported per day in QC alone. really fast money.
