This News is From ABSCBN. Two left-leaning groups said Wednesday that they are still optimistic that more people will attend the planned inter-faith rally in Makati City Friday despite the statement of Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) rejecting calls for President Arroyo’s resignation. In a press conference held in Intramuros, Renato Reyes Jr., secretary general of Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (BAYAN), said he is expecting 20,000 people, or more than double than the February 15 rally in Makati, to join the demonstration. Sanlakas spokesman Rasti Delizo, on the other hand, admitted that if CBCP came up with a stronger statement more people would join the rally but he said he is still optimistic that more people would show up. The inter-faith rally will be led by church leaders, youth and business sectors and members of civil society groups. Meanwhile, Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz, who is joining the inter-faith rally, said he is "happy" with the CBCP statement. The third Mass will be held at the De La Salle University along Taft Avenue in Manila on March 9, followed by another ceremony at the Miriam College along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City on March 16.
On March 23, a “Mass for Truth" will be held at the La Salle Greenhills campus in Mandaluyong City.
Finally on March 30, a Mass will be held at the Claret School on Mahinhin Street in UP Village, Quezon City

Other than those mentioned above (From Philippine News websites in the Net), I really am not expecting anything on February 29's inter-faith rally. Here are my reasons:
1. Who will be the next Philippine president?
2. Is someone ready and capable to be the next president?
3. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is strong and firm.
4. It might just be one of those rallies.
***I am really sick of rallies, fyi. Nothing happens anyway. Have passed dozens of rallies, 3 people powers and, Philippines is getting worst.
