Business Woes after subsidized foods sold

Back to basics

Who is really the culprit here? As we all know all over the world, prices are going up and it always have a domino effect and usually, those on the top is the one not affected by it.

Oil, a non-renewable energy source, is getting scarce and that is the reason that Oil Suppliers in the middle east keeps on increasing the prices per barrel. You know why they are thinking only of themselves? it is because, if the oil zilches out, what would they do now for a living? They are just saving for their rainy days.

If oil increases, all other price will increase. This is the medium on how they transport goods. Food cost will increase, labor then, will demand to increase employees' wages. Businesses will close if they cannot sustain it. After that, poverty will rise.

The question here is, who should we really blame here? Our government, Oil Suppliers in the middle-east or the scarcity of the oil?

In the Philippines, after having a rice shortage, they said that there is also a "bread" shortage. i do not really know if they are just "doing" this to divert some issues but, they are doing it right if they really are. They hit Filipinos' right where it hurts and that is their stomachs.

They sent out government subsidized rice and breads. This will kill businesses. In short, in the Philippines, because of the rice and bread shortage, Poverty will increase.

Is it really helping or doing more damage?
