New Source of Corruption: "Unfakeable ID"

This so-called "rice shortage" is causing a domino effect on corruption. Different kinds of corruption is now present and the newest one, the unfakeable ID.

according to dept. of social welfare and development, they will incorporate high tech features on the ID to avoid some people who are abusing the "cheap subsidy" rice from the government, which by the way, is another source of corruption.

Why am I saying this? All these new projects needs money to run and with money in front of "some" officials, their hands get itchy.

What will happen to the Philippines? Poor, Poor Philippines...
