The death penalty against Vecina was affirmed Tuesday by the Kuwait Court of Cassation, which is the equivalent to the Philippine Supreme Court. Under the Kuwaiti law, only the emir has the authority to reduce the sentence of Vecina.

The Kuwait Court of Cassation upheld Tuesday the death sentence on a Vecina who was convicted of killing her six-year-old her ward in January 2007.

Will you give a good reason why you should save that killer? I don't care if she is a Filipina or what. If a foreigner killed a Filipino, would you let that foreigner be saved by their country? Of course no!

So why in the hell would you save her???? We are wasting our good resources on this women, who doesn't deserve to be saved!
