One deadly November 1 noon

Investigators said the bus smashed into the AUV after it overtook the vehicle ahead of it. The bus was headed for San Carlos, Pangasinan while the AUV was headed toward Manila.

Based on the extent of the damage to both vehicles, investigators say the bus and the AUV were travelling more than 100 kph.

The driver of the AUV has been identified as a priest, Father Domingo Moraleda. Authorities asked that the identity of the female passenger be witheld since her family has yet to be contacted. report from Ron Gagalac, ABS-CBN News

Who is to blame here? The killer bus, strikes again. They get suspended and after a month, they are free to go again. They would eventually kill, get suspended and be freed again.

They are like criminals who gets jailed for a month for murder and they can go out and kill again. Driving a vehicle is a big responsibility. Lives are at stake here, not chicken crossing roads.

I've saw a plurk message from Azrael (from another person) that the media didn't get the facts right. A witness saw it all but the investigators didn't believe him.
fermina nclex bus accident
The Revo was parked in the shoulder lane facing the now suspended, Fermina bus. In the reports, the investigators said that the Revo was running at high speeds.

I hope they get the facts right and do more than suspending drivers and bus companies to prevent further unwanted deaths.

Would you ride a bus thinking it would kill you? I'm sure you won't!
