Avida is celebrating their 20th year and in that 20 years, they created 682 hectares of idle land and turned it into communities for the Filipino to live on.
They began 20 years ago by creating mass housing project in Laguna for Ayala employees. In Luzon, they have now 28 residential projects. More people now can experience a place where it's peaceful, secured and easily accesible to major thoroughfares.

Not only are they reaching out to middle-classes, they are also now offering properties for the Class-C, aiming for families with combined income of 20k Pesos to 60k pesos.
In Nuvali, they are set to launch a new development that offers house and lot packages for as low as 1.4million pesos.
Having existed for 20 years with a 2,000 people strong work force, it can double its sales target in the next two years.
