If you can’t find Globe Svcs+ in your cellphone or an error occurs while you are downloading the menu, call Globe’s 24-hour call-in service for assistance [Contact numbers 730-1000 (landline) or 221 (Globe Handyphone)]. If the myFavorites option is not available in your phone, proceed to any Globe Business Center to have your SIM upgraded.

Frankly, I am personally interested in testing out this service. This services fits people who are always on-the-go!
