An example of youthful energy: Coach Jim Saret

Keeping up with a busy lifestyle with a youthful energy can be a challenge. Feeling the toll of aging more evident as you reach your late 20s and up and the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle and keeping fit becomes more apparent.

As the consultant for sports training and fitness of the Philippine Olympic Committee, Coach Jim Saret is an example to those who want to lead a healthy lifestyle with a balance of diet exercise and IMMUVIT. Fighting off the signs of aging is the least of this worries as he holds workshops for national sports associations, coaches and athletes to help their training programs. He is also the current president of the Scientific Sports and Fitness council and the training director of Advanced Performance Enhancement Training.

As though this does not seem tiring enough, he also trains fitness instructors, a featured columnist and advisory board member for a men’s health magazine, a co-host for a radio program and a regular guest of several shows. To top it all off, Coach Jim also currently handles the country’s top three sports teams.
Despite this juggling act, Coach Jim says he feels as energized as ever.
