From the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, we went straight to our serviced apartment for our Melbourne overnight -- Punthill The Stanton along St. Kilda road in Victoria, Melbourne.
It was a long but fun 3 hour drive as we were playing the game '20 questions'. If our official game in our Bicol trip last year was Doodle Jump (iPhone game), '20 questions' would be the official game for this trip. The epic 'planner' was the hardest one to guess which was clocked at more than an hour before it was guessed, right before we reached St. Kilda road!
We had a hard time looking for it at first because the signs were to small.
There's a Subway sandwich shop below our apartment! Delight! When we arrived, it was already dark. The image above was taken from Google Maps streetview.
Upon checking-in, we were given keys to our room PLUS, a remote control for the garage at the back of the building.

Kitchen, living room and dining area. Huge space!
Washroom with rain shower! :)
Separate loo with improvised signage (door hang) to know if someone is using it. There was no locks, you know.
Busy drying washed clothes
Reception closes early but there's always someone in the room nearby the lobby.
Some comments:
> Either air conditioning system wasn't working or we didn't know how to operate it. Bottomline, our entire stay was warm to hot.
> There was some bugs in the bed on our 2nd stay here. We stayed here on our 3rd and 5th day.
> No free internet access but thanks to my Bridge Data Roaming from Globe, I have internet, wherever I go! (To know more about Globe's Bridge Data Roaming Unlimited, go to Globe's Website)
Other than those, it was a good stay overall!
