MMDA twitter is one of the most helpful twitter accounts coming from the Philippine government and when it comes to monitoring the traffic and flood situation, MMDA twitter account is the go-to place to check for updates. MMDA IT personnel will also answer back most of the queries but let's not flood MMDA's twitter account with traffic inquiries. Here's a shortcut for the MMDA's Metro Manila Traffic Navigator. If it's not there or if the site is not updated, send them a tweet @mmda

They also announce school cancellations, so students, better follow them because CHED doesn't have a twitter account.
