Based on my personal experience, nothing still beats Smart's LTE speeds here in the Philippines and surprisingly, I've experienced similar speeds for both postpaid and Smart prepaid LTE. On the average, I get around 8Mbps and more than twice that when I'm in certain locations in Makati CBD and switching it to my older 3G/ HSPA+ mobile wifi, locations with LTE signals usually give me 2-3Mbps speeds on HSPA+.
