Smart Launches iPad Air LTE and iPad Mini LTE with Retina

Yesterday, Smart launched Apple's newest lineup of tablets -- The iPad Air (WiFi + Cellular) and the iPad Mini with Retina  (WiFi + Cellular). Both devices has LTE capabilities and this is one of Smart's greatest advantage. To date, they have the widest LTE coverage with 1,000 sites and covers 180 cities and municipalities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao including all cities located in Metro Manila.

Check out this commercial made for the iPad Air.

When I first watched that yesterday, I wasn't able to grasp the idea immediately. They made a very good point and this is one of iPad Air's selling point. Another is the 128GB internal memory and these 2, combined with a long battery life is a very powerful tool. I still have my very first iPad, the iPad 1 and the battery still works great! This is how you'll know you're buying a quality product. Of course, it doesn't work as flawless as before because my iPad 1 crashes a lot but it still can do whatever I want to do.

For the iPad Mini with Retina, my struggle is the battery life. Of course, it would be a bit shorter but imagine bringing it with you when you travel. It's going to be be for people who is always on the go but whatever the case maybe, these tablets are well developed that you can use it in a lot of scenarios. Check out another well made Apple ad below.

I'm not saying that only Apple Tablets can do those. It's just that Apple products are well developed and engineered to precision.

According to Smart, they are developing wipe-out packages for those who already availed before that are still under lock-in. Interested to get a new subsidized unit from Smart? Here's what you need to know.
iPad Air 16GB (WiFi + Cellular)
Plan P1,499 (24-month lock-in period)

One-time fee of P5,000

iPad Air 32GB (WiFi + Cellular)

iPad Mini w/ Retina 16GB (WiFi + Cellular)
Plan P1,499 (24-month lock-in period)
65 hours of LTE/HSPA+/3G browsing with Anti-Bill Shock
One-time fee of P1,000

iPad Mini w/ Retina 32GB (WiFi + Cellular)
Plan P1,699 (24-month lock-in period)
65 hours of LTE/HSPA+/3G browsing with Anti-Bill Shock
One-time fee of P1,000

Anti-Bill Shock Explained
Simply put, this will save you from unnecessary heart attacks when paying bills. Why? Because the maximum amount you will pay for your internet usage is just +500 from your current bill. For example you got the plan P1,499. Since you have 65 hours free, you will be charged for succeeding hours. But, if you reach 115 hours already, your bill will stay at P1,999 but you can now surf-all-you-can for the rest of your billing cycle.

you know the real reason why phil traffic is soo bad and so many stupid drivers and people?because it is sooo easy to get a fucking license!!!even if you dont drive you can pass.. even if you fail the exam you can still try again that same day shit..and that is why they dont give a damn about their licenses..and its cheap! in other countries like japan(been there /drive there)people there value their license .. they are very happy if they pass the examination because it so hard to get one.. and if you have a violation 3 times? you need to repeat .i mean take another new exam. and it cost alot. the problem in the philippines is that it starts at the LTO.. by the way.. i know somebody that did not know how to drive but yet got a license..funny but true..i hope LTO change this shit..
