Mabuhay Miles just released their newest chart containing updated values you need to travel using Mabuhay Miles. Like before, you can either use it to upgrade your seat or book an entire round trip ticket to a destination of your choice. Also, PAL will now fly to US East Coast New York starting March 15, 2015! Route would be Manila - Vancouver - New York. Flights to NY will depart from NAIA Terminal 2 and will land at New York's JFK Terminal 1.

I was an iPhone guy for many years. I love my LG G Pro. The LG software is very useful in my humble opinion. I still want to try an iPhone 6+. I'm not so happy with all the changes in SETTINGS from IOS 6 to IOS 7..

It's 32 GB ROM is amazing.
This would have been great news, except that it is not. I accumulate mileage on my credit cards (CC) in the Phils and in Canada. In Phils, P40.00 spend = 1 reward point. In Canada, C$1.00 = 1 reward point. When I transfer mileage to Cathay Pacific (CX) from my CC in Canada, 1000 reward points converts to 750 miles in CX, so to make 1 way reward booking in economy, I have to transfer about 53,500 miles or a spend on my Canadian CC of C$53,500. I inquired from my Phil CC how much my reward points is worth in PAL. I was told that 15,790 reward points converts to 3,000 PAL Reward miles. Ergo, to book the 40,000 one-way economy reward booking in PAL, I need to transfer 210,533 reward points which means I would have spent P8.4 Million pesos before I can get 1 one-way economy class ticket??? What the??? Highway robbery. No thanks, I will stick to my favourite airline Cathay Pacific, infinitely better value, miles away in world-class service from that of PAL.
