PAGASA warns Luzon, Philippines:

Government weather forecasters Sunday reiterated their warning against flashfloods and landslides as the whole of Luzon will be experiencing unseasonal monsoon rains.

"The whole of Luzon will experience monsoon rains becoming widespread rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides," the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

PAGASA said the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
