this is my very very bad experience just this morning, January 13 2008. I went there, (skymart) and was looking at furnitures. when we entered, NO ONE entertained us as if we are not going to buy anything.



they did not know, that we are going to buy furnishings for our entire 3rd floor and 4th floor.


we asked nicely for assistance and after a few minutes, someone came. we then chose and here came the bad service part.


They would not wrap it up! Imagine buying something fragile and did not want to wrap it up with bubblewrap!


that is not it. we told the boy to ask the manager the reason why they would not wrap it up.


the boy just came and told us that, they just dont. we asked him to call the manager and you know what happend? THE F*!@ing MANAGER SHOUTED AT US TELLING US NOT TO BUY IT IF WE DONT WANT TO. Is that the right treatment?? He just walked away and did not face us. what a coward!


We ended up leaving all the stuffs we chose to buy and did not buy it.


Talk about nice treatment to customers! Where will I complain? DTi? SEC? I dont know. Im just telling you guys not to go buy there and experince what I experienced.
