Luxent Hotel Buffet in Timog Quezon City

We had a family gathering at this hotel recently for a birthday celebration. We got it through a deal site which offered it at 40% off the published rate, I think.

Parking
Parking was easy as you can either park on the ground floor just right outside the hotel lobby or up their steep ramp. Take note that even if you are dining there, only a short period is free. You have to pay for excess and it was expensive.
(updated May 2014) They have a new policy. They will not validate parking tickets and will only do so if you dine with at least 9 other people. In short, 10 people dining here would only validate 1 parking ticket. I don't agree with this policy. Are they using their minds? It's impossible to fit 10 people in 1 car unless you drive a mini bus or a coaster.

Empty most of the time. Not the cook but the food. Out of stock already, they say.

The main problem we encountered was that they do not refill the food once it's finished. Either that or they are super slow. We arrived late and we weren't able to eat what we wanted. The food in the display area was hard and cold. The grill section has very limited choices because the good food were gone first and they had no stock to replenish it.

Not sure about their hotel but I don't recommend the buffet here. For the published rate of P999 even with drinks. For the price we paid (P599, 40% off from a deal site), I don't even think it's worth it.
