Okay, not literally walking all throughout. Just want to share some photos I took when I visited London a couple of months back. If UK visa application wasn't such a hassle (Preparing the documents is the most hassle of all), I'd probably consider visiting London often. It's such a nice place to visit, but probably not to live in because the cost of living there is very high. It has the world's 7th largest economy by nominal GDP and 8th largest in terms of purchasing power.
Here are some interesting facts and figures about London:
"GSK House" is the current world headquarters of GlaxoSmithKline in Brentford, London. GSK is a British multinational pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccines and consumer healthcare. It is the world's fourth-largest pharmaceutical company measured by 2009 prescription drug sales

Average cost of a bowl of mixed fruits in London = £4 / ~Php 260
Average cost of a hot meal (Rice + Viand) in London = £12 / ~Php 780.00
A typical British lunch consists of a sandwich, chips, a piece of fruit and a drink.
Buckingham Palace (Originally known as Buckingham House) is the official residence and workplace of the British monarch. Built in 1705 for the Duke of Buckingham.
The official souvenir shop of Westminster Abbey. Uhm, if you want some stuff from here, you can also buy them online at https://shop.westminster-abbey.org/index.php
You don't simply become a taxi driver in UK. You must pass "The Knowledge" test to become one. There are 2 types of badges, a yellow one for suburban areas and a green one for all of London. Of couse, the green one is considered far more difficult as you need to intimately know the geography of London streets.
The Knowledge is the world's most demanding training course for taxi cab drivers. Applicants will need at least 12 appearances and an average of 34 months to pass the examination. Here in the Philippines, sad to say that you only need to go to Quiapo and have your driving license made for a fee. Won't even take half your day and no more than 2,000 pesos (~£30). You don't even need to know how to drive. This is the case for most of the Jeepney drivers and tricycle drivers here in the Philippines so this explains the crazy driving they always exhibit. We need to improve the security feature of our license.
London Heathrow airport is the 3rd most busiest airport in the world in terms of total passenger traffic. It started in 1929 as a small airfield but by 1944, they developed it to suit long-distance military aircraft bound for the far east. By the time it was completed, World War II already ended then, they decided to convert it to a civil airport initially known as London airport. London Heathrow airport is the host airport of London 2012.
Red double-decker buses in London have become a national symbol of England. Majority of buses in London are double-deckers and since 2007, they already have their first hybrid double-decker bus and in 2008, more and more hybrid double-deckers came into service.
Coloquially known as the Tube, it is the most used form of public transport in London. The Underground has 270 stations and 402 kilometers of track and 45% of which is literally underground. It is the third busiest metro system next to Moscow and Paris.

I know a lot of people will kill me for sleeping through almost the ENTIRE Wicked: The Musical show. This show is based on the 1995 Gregory Maguire novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, a parallel novel of the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. We booked our tickets via Ticketmaster. (Paid around £130 for 2 pax, ~Php 8,500)

London is somewhat one of the most well-established city in the world for me. The amazing infrastructures as well as the styles of buildings would really amaze the tourists coming there.
